A PURCHASE OR DONATION WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Additionally, the consumption of alcohol is not necessary to enter or win this Sweepstakes. Neither the purchase nor consumption of alcohol or any Papa Romeo Spirits, LLC product will increase an Entrant’s odds of winning. One entry per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.
ELIGIBILITY.
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding residents of the District of Columbia, Minnesota, Montana, and Washington) who are over the age of 18 (or the age of majority under applicable law) for a shotgun or rifle, and over the age of 21 for a handgun and who are legally deemed eligible to possess a firearm at date of entry and on the date prize is awarded. IF YOU DO NOT MEET ANY OF THESE REQUIREMENTS OR ANY OTHER ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES, YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO WIN A PRIZE, AND PAPA ROMEO SPIRITS, LLC (John Battle) (“SPONSOR”) RESERVES THE RIGHT NOT TO AWARD PRIZES TO YOU. To be eligible to win a prize, entries must be completed and received by Sponsor in the manner and format described below. Directors, officers, and employees of Sponsor and any of their respective parent companies, affiliate companies, subsidiaries, agents, professional advisors, advertising and promotional agencies, and immediate families of each are not eligible to win any prizes. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
SWEEPSTAKES DESCRIPTION.
Papa Romeo Spirits, LLC (“John Battle”), PO BOX 2990, Newport Beach, CA , 92660, (877)-203-9279, info@johnbattlespirits.com, is the promoter/sponsor and shall conduct the Sweepstakes. If an Entrant is selected as a winner, the individual will receive the relevant prize(s) described below. The complete details on how to enter can be found below in the “How to Enter” section of these Official Rules. Sponsor will select three winners from the entries received. Each Entrant who enters the Sweepstakes must strictly follow these Official Rules and unconditionally agrees to comply with, be subject to, and fully abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, whose decision shall be final and binding in all respects, concerning the Sweepstakes.
ENTRY PERIOD.
The entry period for the Sweepstakes begins on 07/04/2025 at 12:01 am Pacific Standard Time and ends on 7/3/2026 at 11:59 pm Pacific Standard Time or may be extended or shortened in Sponsor’s sole discretion (“Entry Period”). Sponsor will be the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes. Entrants must submit their entry by the end of the Entry Period to be eligible for the Sweepstakes.
HOW TO ENTER.

WINNER SELECTION.
Five (5) winners will be randomly selected from the eligible entries received. The winner(s) will be selected on or after May 1st, 2026. All potential winners will be notified by email, telephone, and/or mail or courier within three business days after the random drawing. Potential winners may be required to complete paperwork, including an affidavit of eligibility and release of claims, which must be signed and returned with any other necessary paperwork to prove eligibility and identity within 14 days of the notification letter date. If there is a failure to return the needed paperwork by the date indicated, the potential winner will forfeit their winnings, and a new winner will be determined. If, for any reason, the potential winner is deemed unqualified to receive a prize, that potential winner is disqualified, and an alternate winner will be determined. Prizes are awarded within approximately 90 days of the winner's verification receipt. The sponsor is not responsible for any delays in awarding prizes. Winner bears all risk of loss or damage for shipping of prizes or for the winner’s failure to pick up the prize, as applicable. Attempts will be made at least 3 times to notify winners or newly determined winners of their prizes. If there is no response, the sponsor determines at their sole discretion how to use the unclaimed prizes. All winners are solely responsible for all taxes on prizes received and any other expenses (as applicable) not specifically set forth herein, including but not limited to transfer fees, shipping fees, DROS fees, licensing fees, registration costs, etc.
CONTINUAL/TRANSMISSION USE.
Sponsor may from time to time email you specials, offers, features, promotions, or advertising that it deems appropriate. By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree to these terms and conditions and agree to accept such email messages. Entrants will be provided an option to opt out of any additional email messages.
SWEEPSTAKES GENERAL CONDITIONS.
Entrants submitting a winning entry will only be notified through email at the email address provided to Sponsor in the entry form. The Entrants submitting winning entries will be required to sign and return (via certified mail) an Affidavit of Eligibility, Publicity Waiver, Release of Liability and Indemnification and a W-9 Federal I.D. form, postmarked within seven (7) days of receipt of notification of winning and has (3) days to reply with confirmation of receiving email. Failure to do so constitutes forfeiture of the prize and the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. If an Entrant submitting a winning entry cannot be confirmed and verified, or the prize notification email is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. Sponsor reserves the right and insists that all Entrants receiving a prize present valid state photo identification proving they were 21 years of age or older at the time of entry and their identity and state of residence.
Winners acknowledge the released parties and sponsor, as defined, do not make, nor are in any way responsible for any warranty, representations, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the quality, conditions, fitness, or merchantability of any aspect or any prize except that prizes will be subject to any corresponding manufacturers’ standard warranty if any is applicable.
PUBLICITY RELEASE.
By entering the Sweepstakes or accepting any prize under the Sweepstakes, Entrants and winners expressly agree to the use by Sponsor, and their assignees or designees, of their name, biographical information (city and state), picture, portrait, voice, quotes, comments, image, likeness, and/or Sweepstakes entry for the purpose of Sponsor advertising, marketing, and trade or the promotion of sweepstakes without further compensation, notification, or consideration, in any and all media now known or hereafter developed throughout the world, in perpetuity, unless prohibited by law.

Firearm Compliance: As part of the prize, if the winner is eligible for a firearm-related prize, including but not limited to firearms, the winner must comply with all federal, state, and local firearm laws. The prize may include firearm accessories if the winner is not eligible for a firearm prize. Prize winners must conform to all state, local, and federal laws as applicable and must make arrangements for delivery of prizes to a Federal Firearm Licensee dealer as required. In the event a winner is unable to take possession of a prize due to local, state, or federal legal limitations, that prize will be automatically forfeited and another alternate prize winner will be selected. The mention of a particular prize or other product or service in any advertisement or text does not mean the products or services have been tested, endorsed, or approved by the Sponsor.
Prizes are non-transferable. Prizes may not be redeemed for cash. No substitutions of the prizes may be requested by the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any reason in the sole discretion of Sponsor if the prizes are unavailable for any reason.
TAXES, OTHER COSTS, MISCELLANEOUS.
Any and all applicable federal, state, and/or local taxes (which may include, without limitation, sales tax and income tax) will be the sole and exclusive responsibility of the winner. Individuals accepting prizes will be required to give their social security number in order to prepare any necessary tax forms and must further sign and deliver any and all necessary documents to complete the transfer of any prizes to be awarded.
NO ASSIGNMENT.
No assignment and/or transfer of any kind of any prize, alternative prize, or other substitution is permitted without Sponsor’s express written consent.
CONSENT TO OFFICIAL RULES/NO WAIVER.
Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes each and every Entrant’s understanding of and full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules.
WAIVER OF CLASS ACTION/RELEASE OF LIABILITY.
By participating in this Sweepstakes, you (1) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements and (2)agree to be bound by the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding. Except where prohibited by law, each entry and acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use the winner’s name, photograph, video, comment, location, likeness, and prize won, all at the Sponsor’s discretion, for future advertisement, publicity, marketing, and media now or in the future throughout the word in perpetuity without additional compensation, notification, release, or permission.
Entrants on their behalf, and on behalf of their heirs, executors, legal representatives, successors, and assigns (“Releasing Parties”), release, defend and hold harmless Sponsor, any entity involved in the fulfillment of the prizes or the administration of this Sweepstakes, and their respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, and representatives of each (“Released Parties”), from any and all actions, causes of action, suits, debts, dues, sums of money, accounts, bonds, bills, specialties, covenants, contracts, controversies, agreements, promises, lost profits, indirect or direct damages, consequential damages, incidental damages, punitive damages, judgements, claims and demands whatsoever, in law, admiralty, or equity, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, against Released Parties.
If for any reason an entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed, Entrants’ sole remedy is another similar entry or ticket in this Sweepstakes, provided that the times for entries has not expired or it is not possible for the Sponsor to choose an alternate winner for a prize.
The Released Parties are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical failures of any kind, unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or Sweepstakes, technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries, injury or damage to person or property that may be caused indirectly or directly from Entrant’s participation in this Sweepstakes or misuse or use of a prize, or entries, prize claims, or notifications that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, damages, or otherwise not received due to technical or human error, filters, interventions, or Entrant’s failure to monitor their email account.
Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes at random drawing among all legitimate, unawarded, eligible prize claims. In the event that information, in any published ad, press release, article, brochure, marketing, or promotion, or any other communications regarding this Sweepstakes conflicts with the Official Rules, these Official Rules shall take precedence over all other communications or published materials. Sponsor reserves the right to make changes in the Sweepstakes Official Rules to correct errors or maintain legal compliance, and such changes shall become effective on the date published.
If this Sweepstakes becomes compromised or becomes technically corrupt in any way, electronically or otherwise, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes and if terminated before the original end date, to select the winners from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date and time of termination.
Except where prohibited, Entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved on an individual basis, without resort to any form of class action, collective action or mass action. There will be no right or authority for any dispute to be brought, heard, or arbitrated as a class or collective action.
any claims, judgements, and/or awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs associated with entering this sweepstakes. entrant hereby waives any right or claims to attorney’s fees, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages of entrant, whethere forseeable or not and whethere based on negligence or otherwise. Any attempt by an individual, whether or not an entrant, to deliberately damage, destroy, tamper with, or vandalize or interfere with the operation of this sweepstakes, in a violation of criminal and civil law and sponosr reserves the right to seek damages and diligently pursue all remedies and criminal prosecution against any such indivisual to the fullest extent permitted by law.
For California Entrants: Each entrant understands and agrees that all rights under section 1542 of the Civil Code of California and any similar law of any state of the United States are hereby expressly waived by him/her against the release parties. Section 1542 reads as follows: “certain claims not affected by a general release. a general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know of suspect to exist in his /her favor at the time of executing the release and that, if known by him/her, wuld have materially affected his/her settlement with the debitor or released party.”
ARBITRATION:
Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes, including but not limited to any prize award, shall be exclusively decided by binding arbitration.
ODDS OF WINNING.
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
CHOICE OF LAW/VENUE.
Except where prohibited, Entrants agree that the exclusive venue for any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be in the Orange County Superior Court, Orange County, California.
SEVERABILITY.
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the invalidity or unenforceability of any other provision so long as the general intent of these Official Rules remains in effect.

ADDITIONAL TERMS.
Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected.
In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the “authorized account holder” of the email address submitted at the time of the entry. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries generated by script, macro, or use of an automated device, are void.
